Friday was opening day of FSU baseball. We decided to take all the kiddos to the game. Boy, were they excited. We told them about it that morning and Michael Paul would not stop asking me all day when we were going to the baseball game! He could barely contain his excitement.
We picked the boys up from school after their nap and headed to the ballpark to meet Daddy. A bunch of our CCF students were there with us and helped us corral all the kids. I’m sure plenty of people were trying to figure out how all those kids were ours as they usually are!
The boys enjoyed watching the players hit and throw the ball and Baby Girl was getting down to the music being played from the grandstand. Michael Paul livened up the crowd by shouting his new catchphrase: “Do the WarChant!” I wish I could post the picture I took of Michael Paul and R sitting and watching at the outfield fence.
Overall they loved it and I’m looking forward to hopefully getting in another game before the kids leave us. This week we’re going to take them to a women’s basketball game to see the band, which is sure to be a favorite!
