Yesterday was Cow Appreciation Day at our favorite place: Chick Fil A! Once a year, we go all out and dress up like cows to score free meals. If you dress completely like a cow, you receive a free combo meal! Soooo, the Mears Fam donned our cow attire and we all ate dinner for free last night! It’s a fun tradition we do with our CCF summer crew each year.
Many of our CCF students joined us and it was a lot of fun. A lot of them were eating free chicken for the second or third time as they had gone for breakfast and lunch!
Here is a musical tribute to our favorite place by hilarious comedian, Tim Hawkins:
This is Michael Paul’s 3rd year dressing like a cow. He even did it when he was only 7 months old and too little to even eat chicken!
We definitely have a borderline obsession with “the chicken store” as we call it. You know it’s bad when your 2 year old says, “I want to go to Chick Fil A today!” 🙂
Here are some pics from the last two years and then this year:
And here are the highlights of this year. We took it to the next level with my handmade “Eat Mor Chikin” sign for MP and Michael and I’s latex glove udders! 🙂
